Lens impact strength is very important in choosing sunglasses, particularly if the sunglass will be worn while participating in sports. The mechanical properties of polycarbonate and our laminated technology with polarizing film make our thermoformed polarized lens ideally suited for all active sport applications.
With the excellent polarizing efficiency, it has excellent filtering properties blocking 100% of harmful UVA and UVB up to 380 nm above and does not distort true colors.
Polycarbonate is also lightweight material, particularly in our 1.5 mm thermoformed offerings. It has a long life, as it is unbreakablity, and with our superior hard coatings achieve the high scratch resistant.
